The money is deducted from FLORIDIAN REALTORS'S profits
not from the raltor's income, in the following fashion...
Explanation.
Every time a R.E. deal is closed at
FLORIDIAN'S ...FLORIDIAN REALTORS's
profit is=A "FLAT FEE" of $495.00 on Total Commission...+$395.00
= Administrative fee - whcih will be Paid by you the Realtor
if you don't collect it from your principal; will be double if the company controls both sides of the transaction at the time
of closing.
Your are level 1, and your income per enrollment in level 1st
is = $200.00 /each
Your income per closing in each level 1st is =$50.00 /each.
Real income is $250.00 Dollars per each one
enrollment with one closing every month.
See the diagram below for a quick explanation. Then...
A.- If you are in 2ND level your
enrollments through level 4TH
FLORIDIAN REALTORS's will pay you
$200.00 per every Realtor you enroll.
B.- Levels 2-4 will pay you $200.00 per every Realtor you
have enrolled,$50.00 Dollars for every closing done by your direct enrollees, and a residual income of $25.00 for
every closing done by those indirect-realtors enrolled by your ENROLEES at any level above your 2nd level.
YOUR ORIGINAL (1ST TIER) REALTOR ENROLLMENT+$200.00
THEIR CLOSING OF ANY OF THEIR DEALS = $50.00
COLSINGS FOR THOSE - INDIRECT FOR YOU - UNDER THEM YOUR
ENROLEES
( 2ND-4TH TIER) = $25.00FOR YOU PER CLOSING.
THIS IS THE RESIDUAL INCOME FOR YOU.
C.- You can create as many
network lines under you, as long you keep the same pattern from 2nd through 4th Levels. You have no limits on how many
Realtors
YOU or EACH of your referrals
can enroll, and how many deals
they may close in any given month.
The sky is the limit.
TAKE A LOOK AT THIS...
Level 1: If you enroll 4
realtors ( YOU are Realtor one on the 1st level)
& all other 4 Realtors
are in your first level of production, directly under your
referral down line; and if
they all close 1 transaction
each per month you get,
$800.00 for enrollments
+ $200.00 for closings...MAKING $1000.00 GRAND TOTAL...
for that particular month; plus
your closings.
Level 2: If those agents in level
one eachl (all those 4 realtors of level 1 ) they may bring in or refer 4 new realtors each
- making a total of (16) indirect-realtors under you, but direct under them; and they all close
1 transaction per month you get, for enrollment $zero, and for their closings YOU get...$400.00. If you were to enroll all
eight new realtors you would get $3200.00 for enrollments, and $800.00 for every one's closings.
Making a total of $4000.00 Dollars
Level 3: And if the 3rd
level ( 128 new realtors ) referred by level 3 , and each realtor closing one transaction each per month
then you will get. $0.00 for enrollments +$3200.00 for their closings of 3rd level alone. From levels 3 and 4 is
better to let your enrollees bring those new Agents - Realtors...to let the money spread around.
If you were to bring 32
new Realtors, you will get on those
32 new realtors a total
of $6400.00 for enrollments alone,
plus the closing of all four
levels $1000.00 Dollars...
equals $7400.00
Dollars; plus your closings.
Can you imagen how much you could get
if you were to enroll many more...under you...?
From one to the fourth level the increment
in volume will be great, it does grow in a highly progressive trajectory...don't you think. Can you imagen through time...a
lot of money.
